Event formats 2025 |
| The 1st Wednesday of the month contributes to the Ch'ship pairs. This is played over 12 months. One needs to play a minimum of 7 events to qualify though this may be reduced if events are missed . |
| The 2nd Wed of each month contributes to the H'cap pairs. Handicaps are only applied at conclusion of the competition. Week-to-week hcaps dictate the prize money. A min 6 events are needed to qualify. |
| Following a decision at the 2023 AGM and ratified by the committee it was decided that events on the 2nd/4th/5th Weds would be handicapped. Handicaps are based on the historic results by each pair. |
| Most events are played as match-pointed pairs but see the calendar to the right for further information. |
